Regarding combining anywhere and wifree: this is not done because there are other ways of connecting to NetFree which also require WiFree such as:

• VPN on the router
• ISP
• WiFi
  WiFree is a separate program that blocks the PC if it is not connected to the filter at all.

I've written a new Chrome extension that provides an indicator on links on various websites to show whether they are open with NetFree.

The extension works on specific websites such as forum posts and YouTube Channels and playlists.

Completing the translation of the filter and the "QuickHelpPanel" would be extremely beneficial (especially to the many new English speaking users)

@special NetFree uses a software called WiFree to lock the computer from removing the filter. the removal of WiFree costs 100 NIS (approx 27.41 USD) if this software is not installed on your computer then your computer is not protected if the filter gets dissconnected.

no. installing WiFree is not mandatory. it is a voluntary additional protection (this is what makes the filters protection full by preventing the computer from connecting to other non-filtered networks) and using a password would potentially undermine the entire protection by letting people think they are protected when in fact they can remove it at a whim. it was initially designed to make the user think twice before removing the filter yet is not too much for someone who really does need the filter removed.

@yzahn in this thread there was no discussion about Fridays. that was discussed in the hebrew forum (in any case there are is halachic guidance it just wasn't followed through)

how many uses? not a lot compared to IL but is is a much much larger group that those who visit the forum.

@pdavidow When NetFree resolves an issue they fix it across the board for all of their users.

When they are working on your request it is not just something within your account...

@yosefcode You can make two profiles: one as a whitelist and the other as a blacklist, and then set a schedule to switch off or just manually run it temporarily when you want to limit it.
