The point here isn't about Khilas and Knas...

A lot of people don't want to be able to remove the filter themselves, Khilas and Knas is maybe a good thing in Israel but not here.

Can it be set that on the Forum links to external sites should open in a new tab automatically?

Is it possible to lock down WiFree so the person can't pay and uninstall it, only if he goes thru the Kehila?

I know you can get alerts and everything, I am talking in a case where this won't help.
