Currently there doesn't seem to the ability to boost priority after submitting support request. So please add it!

@pdavidow it already exists.
Click on the little + symbol next to the subject line of the request

@yzahn Yes thanks. But very non-obvious. Instead of a 'Plus' sign, instead have the words 'Add Points'.
