Post-send edit is normal , but yet you do not have it. Sometimes there is a confusing typo that unfortunately cannot be currently corrected – unless user creates another reply in same thread, which is awkward.

@shloimy95 Well, I tried, and the answer was NO. And they cannot open a specific Discord "server" (i.e., channel)

Give ability to view closed support requests
Currently if I close a support request, I can never see it again -- even though there may be valuable info in its conversation thread. But I don't want to keep the request open, because that creates too much clutter.
So please implement a way to categorize and filter requests such that I can also view officially closed requests.

Discover Card
I was told that of all credit-cards, only Diners Club is not accepted -- but my Discover Card did not go through, even though my American Express did. Kindly advise.

@yzahn In other words, there currently is no support for Discord, and I should not hold my breath. Well, this is kind of a deal-breaker for me.

@shloimy95 I would in fact want to use WSL2. But note that I (currently) use a desktop -- not a laptop -- and I yes use an ISP, so it seems that the whole WiFree discussion is not applicable to my case. Please confirm.
