Give ability to view closed support requests
Currently if I close a support request, I can never see it again -- even though there may be valuable info in its conversation thread. But I don't want to keep the request open, because that creates too much clutter.
So please implement a way to categorize and filter requests such that I can also view officially closed requests.

@pdavidow closed requests don't show up in the list but can still be accessed by their original URL. The original URL can be found in the email notifications for that support request.
BTW, there is no need to close requests. They may be left open indefinitely.
