Is it possible to lock down WiFree so the person can't pay and uninstall it, only if he goes thru the Kehila?

I know you can get alerts and everything, I am talking in a case where this won't help.

        Just to make it clear,
it is not so important in Israel because the kehilah could set that you can't browse when WiFree is not installed, but in Chu"l where everyone is using the VPN connection it doesn't help

Exactly, I do hope that NetFree is taking Chu''l Seriously 🙂

This setting also blockes using the VPN, a Kehillah in Chu"l should realy get this seeting for the whole Kehilah.
The issue is only for people without a Kehilah.
The AnyWhere Beta block user internet rather then NetFree but you can uninstall the progran by yourself.

@שלו as I explained before it doesn't really help, because you can just turn off the VPN.

The point is the same, A person can still pay the 100 Shekel and get it removed by himself without his Khila's involvement.

The Kehila will know about it (if you entered the details of the account when installing Wifree).
You could set up your own Knas system. Such as leaving a check of 200$ with the Kehila in such an instant.

The point here isn't about Khilas and Knas...

A lot of people don't want to be able to remove the filter themselves, Khilas and Knas is maybe a good thing in Israel but not here.

I pretty sure that if a kehilla would make it part of their policy that Wifree can only be removed via the kehilla, it would be acceptable with Netfree, no?
(Is there no kehila already like that?)

How is it with the other filtering companies, I do not know all the companies, but those I do know can also be removed without the permission of the community, only the community is notified like by NetFree
