OTP not working

OTP is not working at the moment. I received a call from NetFree, and entered it in in many different ways, and no matter what, it doesn't work. From South Africa. I.E I'll get a call from number +27**********, I tried entering +000*********, tried +27*********, tried *********, tried literally everything. If I'm missing something please let me know.. thank you

there was some problems a couple of month ago,
if you need it urgent and can't login to your account, you could try calling NetFree
