I find that there is no communication between Netfree and the Kehilla which I belong to. I have requested for something to be opened on Netfree which is blocked by my Kehilla. Netfree says they do not know when the Kehilla will reply and when I called my Kehilla they said they are trying to get access to my account on Netfree but they are not managing to get through to Netfree

@manchester Did the Kehilla get a response from NetFree? Do you have a request ID with which Kehilla attempted to contact NetFree?
Each Kehilla is provided a direct contact method to their agent and is expected to use it if they need assistance.
They are also responsible for giving timely responses to their clients.
I will ask them if they got an ID
