partial forums for reduced risk plan

I picked reduced risk plan which blocks all forums.
what about allowing that a part of a forum that could be useful and important should be open.For example, in prog.co.il, i would have much use of the discussion about the tag program (תג) etc., or in ivelt.com i would access the discussions about Microsoft word and adobe InDesign etc. without getting stuck in unnecessary forums. (Which are blocked because it goes into the addictive category).
