Could we know why we're not getting any response from NetFree regarding this, there hasn't been much improvement lately...and recently I've noticed that the time stated for the wait is not at all accurate, and at times the wait is really long even though it says 1 second...

The waiting time for pictures in the US at night is really slow, when will NetFree take care of this problem??
