We need more technical support. People search uncommon sites alot and they dont open as fast. Its very hard to shop for something for instance on google images. Most images are blocked if you are searching for something rare. Americans work on the instant. I was trying to search cubicles and the whole google images was mostly blocked and I had to open five sites after 20 minutes to see just one search, and lets say I wanted to search for something else? If its a matter of money then it should be done.
This is great but I think the time has come to cut the waiting process in half. Two technicians cannot take care of all of the work and the internet is a vast sea and netfree has soooo much to take care of.

I really agree the time of the pictures is very long. I wish there would be a way to speed up the process.

This is really frustrating for instance, im trying to search cubicles right now to send my partner pictures and all of the pictures are blocked. Theres no reason that they should be blocked, now im a tzaddik and ill deal with my frustration but the regular person will be turned off by this.

Most of my kiosk users are using the computers afterhours. and need both websites open and tech support after hours.

if thats being done for the benefit of others, then maybe those people would prefer to actually pay more. i really hope netfree puts this up for voting.
@DovidStroh I had two questions and i didnt know where to go, so i sent two questions to technical support, they were only answered 6 hours later, one with with 2points and one with 3 points. now if im running a business, thats alittle impractical,wouldnt you say?
