Does anyone here have a MacBook? Or any Apple devices?

I can't get in to App Store at all, I tried to get them to open it so I can get (kosher!) Apps but it did not work. Can anyone help them figure out how to filter the Apps and not to block the whole store?

I am not saying from knowledge, but I imagine it is harder than it may seem.
If it's any comfort, the Windows Store is also blocked as is the Google Play Store on Androrid... -
The problem is that with Windows you can download Apps without the "store" in an Mac device there is no way to by-pass the App Store.

I'm trying to get help from Netfree but they claim that it's very complicated, so as of now they are keeping it closed.
I will need to connect through a different internet to download any Apps.
I don't think the Hebrew forum will be of any help since Apple is not as popular here (in Israel) as it is in the states. -
