Allow ALL Websites Unless its not good

I think a lot will agree with me that the most open plan should be open all websites unless it's known as not appropriate.

Why should a business need to shut down for a few minutes just because an appropriate site was not viewed before?
the images and the contents are anyways filtered.

How can I get NetFree to do this?

You can't. You'll need to use a different filter. Netfree is and will always be a whitelist based filter.
