Slow internet with NetFree

Hi all,
I have recently joined NetFree, and I am enjoying its features.However, I have noticed that since I installed NetFree a few days ago, my internet speed has decreased significantly.
I wonder if this is a common problem among NetFree users or if it is related to my specific device or network settings.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to improve the internet performance while using NetFree?

I'm using netfree the last 6.5 years and never had my internet so slow

Last week they responded that they are working on it and later that the fixed something..

I appreciate everyone's input on this topic.
It is reassuring to know that Netfree did not experience this issue until recently, which suggests that it is a temporary problem.
I hope that the Netfree administration will resolve it soon.

NetFree has implemented a temporary solution to the recent slowness and a more permanent solution is currently under development.
Hopefully, this will be fully resolved as quickly as possible.

@jl_usa using Netffree in the US for over 2 Years, the last few days the internet is unreal slow....

UPDATE: There should be some improvement now. The full solution is still in development.
