improving ways requests are handled

one of the things net free has in the support requests is reporting inappropriate pictures and content and some times in order to explain the inappropriate picture/content the usurers will
upload a snapshot of the picture/content in order to give the agent a understanding of the problemnow that some times is annoying because sometimes the agent wants more details and in order to give more details the users will have to enter the request, and unwillingly see the inappropriate picture/content .
and if the account is shared by more then one person then its probably even worse...so my suggestion is that the agent should have a way that once he has seen the picture/content he should be able to block the picture/content from the users computer/view but only the agent should know its there so that when the user has to reply for more details he does not have to expose himself to inappropriate picture/ content.
