This is great but I think the time has come to cut the waiting process in half. Two technicians cannot take care of all of the work and the internet is a vast sea and netfree has soooo much to take care of.

@OutWorQ-LLC NetFree has a goal of addressing each and every issue without the need to charge more money. if there is any specific issue that you think is important you can post it in the Feature Wishlist and if it is approved you will be able to vote for it in the Voting page

if thats being done for the benefit of others, then maybe those people would prefer to actually pay more. i really hope netfree puts this up for voting.

@OutWorQ-LLC So go ahead and open a thread under Feature Wishlist and explain what is you suggestion (as far as i understand you want them to add more tech support staff) and they will review.
