There seems to be two distinct issues which are being mixed together. 1 is the issue of no workers when it's shabbos in Eretz Yisroel. The other is the work going too slow when it's night time in Eretz Yisroel. The first requires a halachic solution and the second needs a practical solution.
As an aside, how many US users are there? -
@yzahn in this thread there was no discussion about Fridays. that was discussed in the hebrew forum (in any case there are is halachic guidance it just wasn't followed through)
how many uses? not a lot compared to IL but is is a much much larger group that those who visit the forum.

Could we know why we're not getting any response from NetFree regarding this, there hasn't been much improvement lately...and recently I've noticed that the time stated for the wait is not at all accurate, and at times the wait is really long even though it says 1 second...

this is because the NetFree system gives priority to pictures of users how didn't send any pictures that day, you could see more here

I really agree the time of the pictures is very long. I wish there would be a way to speed up the process.

Charge a bit more for the filter and hire more photo filtering and put more technicians to work on the development

@ds I general the image review speed is great.
On occasion it does lag and I've sent a request to NetFree about it.
The response i got was that they are working on it.
From what i understand they constantly add workers to improve it but also are constantly growing and need to add even more.
They have written many times on the Hebrew forum that this is not something that you should have to pay more for - it should come at the same price.

@מאיר You keep bringing up old posts regarding images from a time where NetFree outgrew it's image review team and needed more reviewers..
The image review times have since been improved really good and there really is no issue here at all.
For example right now it is 16 seconds
In addition the item you keep advertising is not for making it faster.
